This month, we launched #YES! initiative designed to highlight our teams achievements on a daily basis. Yaseen Hussain from our Customer Success team explains why.
It can be very easy to get caught up in the day to day grind of the 9 to 5, which is why we have now launched our new “YES!” initiative, which looks to showcase all the many YES! moments we have everyday. This could be from designing a killer advert, to noticing a friend at work is going through a rough patch and just lending a hand to help improve the way we do things. It’s about showcasing and recognising the work that sometimes, only the person next to you would know.
In fact the day this initiative launched, we had our very unique YES! moment almost straight away. A large friendly huntsman decided to make his presence felt by slowly descending from the rooftop on to our unsuspecting desks.
And whilst the spider itself wanted to play along scurrying along our tables, we were of the opinion that now was not the time to play (or rather, now was the time to run from the spider).
It was at this point, our Commercial Director MJ had stood up and decided to calmly deal with the situation, by containing the spider in a glass and moving it outside. YES! the commotion and fear caused by the huntsman was swiftly dealt with and everyone was able to soon resume their desks to get back hard at work! Needless to say, this made the #YES! wall.
