The MedAdvisor app allows patients to manage their prescription medication – from reminders to get new scripts, through to ordering directly to their pharmacy so that the medicine is ready when they arrive.
Medical Media was used to increase awareness about the MedAdvisor app to patients while they were waiting to see their doctor, and to encourage signups and downloads of the app.
MedAdvisor saw a 92% uplift in online signups during the campaign period.

Influencing Referral Rates
To encourage GP enquiries and referrals to Quest for Life Residential wellness retreats and raise general awareness in the Northern and Southern Sydney communities.
The campaign included a practice staff contact and education program by Quest for Life that created a highly effective closed loop approach.

Vitamin D Testing Campaign

The campaign was a simple multilingual call to action across multiple locations, in one suburb of Sydney.

The trial demonstrated a high level of patient engagement with the message and subsequent actions taken. As a result, an average increase of 18x pre-trial levels of Vitamin D test requests was recorded by the client & GP’s.
One clinic began to incorporate the test in all referrals. Statistically, this equated to increasing the average of 19 Vitamin D referrals p/m to 632. A 30x increase in business volume for the client.
