Tech Support Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to for an Operations Team Leader to join our Tech Support team in North Sydney. Medical Media screens local content at the Point of Care in medical waiting rooms and is one of the fastest growing digital place based media companies in Australia. Rapid expansion means that we’re looking for an experienced Operations Team Leader who loves what they do and want to play a key part in keeping operations ticking over smoothly.

The role:

The Operations Team Leader is responsible to manage the activities and performance of our Tech Support department staff and being a focal point for ensuring maximum operational status of MM’s advertising screen network.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the daily activities of the tech support and operations
  • team, allocating tasks and activities across both all MM networksPlan targets
  • for outbound calling depending on campaigns and projects
  • Support and lead problem management for tech issues Support and lead
  • implementation of new systems and processes
  • Communication with clients and site staff
  • Reporting on helpdesk activity
  • Technical escalation for team members
  • Development and delivery of training resources for helpdesk activity
  • Enhancing processes, workflows and documentation for the service desk environment
  • Supporting ad hoc projects as directed

About you:

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent phone manner with an ability to convey technical information in a simple way
  • Able to pick up and learn new systems quicklyA natural leader with a hands on approach
